At the conclusion of the 3rd Quarter Alignment Meeting, CEO, Arch Thomason was surprised as the Senior Leadership Team honored his 25th Anniversary of being with Sunland. The team recognized him for being a servant leader, his authenticity, and truly caring about everyone who works for Sunland. “If there’s one thing I’ve done right, it’s putting together a great team,” shared Thomason.
Arch joined Sunland in 1996 as Director of Sales and purchased the company just months before the economic downturn of 2008. Since becoming CEO, Sunland has grown from a local South Carolina distribution company to a third party logistics company gaining momentum and national recognition with a network spanning across the southeast and midwest.
