One of the reasons that Sunland is truly a special place to work is that all members of our executive team naturally have a strong servant leader mentality which permeates throughout the entire company. “How can I help?” is a question you hear often at Sunland.

Our “go see” philosophy is based on lean principles that emphasize going to where the work is being done in order to gain a true understanding of the situation. When problems arise, we do not waste energy on blame. Instead, we focus on fixing the process.

We consider our strong culture to be a competitive advantage. Sunland has been successful in attracting valuable talent in an industry experiencing a serious talent shortage. Our team, while spread across our region and growing, handles customer goods and products with uniform care. A solid company culture is essential to Sunland’s Vision: To be a great 3PL company where opportunity exists, people want to work and customers want to buy.
