Sunland Logistics Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Fidler as Vice President of People & Culture. In this role, Fidler joins the 3PL’s Senior Leadership Team to lead Sunland’s human resources strategy and organizational development initiatives.

Fidler brings over 13 years of HR leadership experience across global industrial and manufacturing organizations. With an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, his areas of expertise include HR strategy, workforce transformation, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR technology.
Throughout his career, Fidler has successfully led large-scale initiatives such as greenfield projects, workforce expansion, post-acquisition HR integrations, and employee engagement programs—all with a strong focus on leadership development and cultivating high-performance cultures.
