Welcome to the Team, John Farris

Sunland is excited to announce its newest high performance team member – John Farris, Manager of Process Leadership. John’s primary responsibilities include: develop new training content and facilitate training courses on lean & continuous improvement; audit and coach accounts for improved results on 10 Deliverables for Process Leadership Audits; and coach teams through problem solving and kaizen projects to ensure great results for Sunland’s customers. John joins the team with a passion for lean and experience as a Quality Manager for Dantherm Cooling and Operations Excellence Engineer for Dish Network.
